Manufacturing Processes and Equipment

Key manufacturing processes are supported by specialised equipment including CNC laser cutting machines, high-precision press brakes, automated welding systems, and leak-detection equipment. These capabilities support the dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, welding quality, and leak-tightness required for critical components and assemblies. Manufacturing processes are developed and controlled according to the technical and quality requirements applicable to each product and project.


Digital Production Management and Traceability

Our production management systems integrate manufacturing execution and ERP functions to support control from order release through manufacturing and delivery. Individual products are assigned unique identification records, enabling key information to be traced throughout production, including:

    •  critical materials and components.

    •  process parameters.

    •  responsible operators.

    •  inspection and test results.

    •  production history.

This traceability provides an important foundation for quality management, problem resolution, and lifecycle support.
